The Broker, Denise Madeira, is an amazing professional!  She truly knows all the aspects of her field.  As someone new to the realty world, I had no knowledge of the process.  All my questions, and concerns were answered in detail and with quick response.  I was able to follow along and learn each step of the way. Not only did she help us through the process, but she gave her professional guidance on each property and what it had to offer our specific needs.  She encouraged us not to rush into a home that we were not 100% sure on.  Finally after months and months of looking (her patience is unmatched) we found our dream home, thanks to her.  We cannot thank her enough for all her efforts.  I respect her great success!!!  My next realty venture will not be without Denise Madeira!!!
